Aoa Doctor I have 3 white patches on my tongue, At first it was just a dot and then over time it spread on the tongue, also it burn when I eat something spicy even if I use a little spice,I went to the general physician he suggested me Daktarin but it wasn’t effective for me at all then I went to ENT specialist he recommended me Nilstat drops and Klaricid tablets al mytheokbal after using that the patches somehow faded but it still burn. what should I do now plz help me. Thank you
