Talk to Ent Specialist on Central Medium Eardrum Perforation
Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Gujranwala
Asking date:27 Dec-2025 I have traumatic central medium perforation since 9 Oct 2025. I have been visiting Dr since. On 5 Dec Dr visit he said healing have started and due to wax buildup cleaned it with suction. On 25 Dec on follow up checkup he said that perforation shape has changed and also seems bigger than before. And said to wait full 6 months and margins are there. I want to ask if i have to go for surgery . Can I go for endoscopic or incisionless surgery. Not traditional tympanoplasty surgery. I am afraid and i also want to be treated by experience Dr for treatment and surgory . Please help . I am from Gujranwala. Thank You. Please reply!!.
