He's been coughing from 2 weeks suffering from chest congestion and green phelgm no I notice soft movable lymph nodes swollen in his neck on both side they are little painful and soft as I have health anxiety when I googled it shows cancer please help me also he's having sore throat and flu

with sorethroat its normal to have enlarged painful lymph nodes. most of the times it settles on its own. nothing needs to be done. just take any anti inflammatory..it will settle soon inshAllah
