As-Salamu Alaykum. you need to get the status of your ears checked. if the discharge is from childhood time, then there is a possibility there your eardrums are damaged.
this mostly happens if there frequent sore throat. there is a tube that connects throat with the ear. so infection moves from throat to ear. and ultimately there is ear infection and then discharge from ear.
