I had sore throat last week my doctor prescribed me cleritek 500mg, kestine and myteka I have completed antibiotic course but no improvement occur instead of that my stomach got upset Now today, I have headache, ear pain and a little blockage, dizziness and neck stiffness. I am really worried please help me
