Talk to Ent Specialist on Ear Weird Wax

hello, I had this ear infection 2 years ago, and it happened several times after treatment, now My ear is feeling full, also when I speak I can feel something sticking in my ear which does not allow me to, went to doctor he said something j don't believe, he said Its just flu? like I can hear that wax moving and he checked and said it's just flu, My throat also is always filled with mucus, I want serious help tho, though even if I plug earphones I feel the wax. The Doctors don't take it seriously tho, though just because in 15 seconds an examination cannot other see it, it's not there? I want a good doctor to help me out tho! even if it's flu helps me get rid of it.
