It have been 2.5 months I was slapped and my eardrum got ruptured. And I'm facing tinnitus since that day . It becomes very different to fall a sleep. There is a continuous TTTTTTTTT and ZZZZZZZ sound in my ear. At the time of perforation my hairing was not good but now my hairing is getting better. But that ringing TTTTTTT sound is still there. Now I'm having SERC24mg twice a day for about a month. I'm so anxious that my tinnitus will ever fix or not .
seems to be an inner ear injury as well.... continue serc 16mg twice a day..and tab methecobal daily
use BM ear drops.
2-3 drops daily morning evening
