I have this enlarged Bone behind my ear for so many years. It’s not painful but because even after every other day shower I get to have ear pimples often and scalp pimples frequent thats why I thought should get this bone check if it’s normal or something else. So kindly guide by looking at the picture if it needs to be get checked?
