I have a thyroid nodule from almost 2 years... I also did the test 1.5 years ago those were almost normal... Dr suggested me iodized salt and multivitamins... I could not eat that multivitamins... Now sometime it feels like thyroid nodule size reduced little also it is not increasing. Now is there any home ready to shrink the thyroid nodule??

Thyroid nodule should be investigated first and then managed accordingly
First you have to get ultrasound neck done
And serum tsh free t 4 and free t 3 test
Then on ultrasound fnac of nodule may be required to see what it is benign or some malignant nodule etc.
After that may be surgical management may be required
must go for thyroid profile along with scan
