Talk to Ent Specialist on Middle/inside Ear Itching

My ears have had regular itching and redness inside (middle to deep, not outer ear) for about 1.5 years now, I’ve went to a couple of general physicians who have even scanned the inside of my ears with equipment but they’ve found everything looking clean and fine, including the ear drums, they haven’t seen anything except sone redness and very little flakes. My key symptoms are, itching, flakes near the outer side (not alot) and some redness inside the ear, but the irritation and itching goes to extreme levels sometimes and is really effecting my daily life. I’ve used acetic acid drops, probeta-n drops and some ointments in the past. The irritation and dryness goes away till the time I’m using something but comes back as soon as I stop using them, for example, I was using probeta-N drops last month for 5 days, and all the irritation went away, no pain, no flakes, no irritation, but after stopping, it took 2-3 weeks to come back and it came back worse than before (mostly itching and pai
