Talk to Ent Specialist on Nasal Congestion, Shortness Of Breath

So it's almost 2 to 3 years maybe, In winter my nose got blocked, even in summer I can't have breath property from my nose, while sleeping I usually takes breath from mouth instead of nose, but winter is worst for me, another thing is, I lost my scene of smell, Current I take Coldrex, After taking it, I feel relief temporary, I have done taking 5 days course of New-xime 400 mg, Softin 10mg, Nims 100 mg but got no relief, I only get little temporary relief when I take Coldrex, also I started taking Xynosine Hydrochloride Nasal Solution USP 15 ml before sleeping with that I get some relief also, I want to know if I can cure it with medication.
