Meri naak rozana raat ko band hujati ha jesa k sirf 60-70% open hu. Jis ma neend bdi mushkil sy krta. doctor ko btaya k xynosine use krta tu wuh bhi 1 month hugi chordi. Ma 1 month sy cetrizine aur flunisolide spray use kr rha pr naak osi trah ha jesy xynosine use krny sy sy pihly huwa krti thi. Har rat ko nose k is jgah pe blockage feel huti. naak behti nhi ha aur na hi mucus feel huta. Mujhy slight sa DNS ha par doc ny kaha k yeh bdi issue ki bat nhi. Kindly picture dekhen mujhy marked areas ma pressure ( not pain) feel huta aur yahin blockage feel huti. Kindly koi guide krdy
u have sinusitis take proper treatment for this prolong use of xynocine nasal spray is not recommended
