Talk to Ent Specialist on Nose Piercing Boil

I got my nose pierced 6 years ago. A few months later it developed a boil and swelling, and the nose pin got buried inside the skin with pus, so I removed it and it healed with some scarring. Three years later I got it pierced again and it was mostly fine, only mild swelling with weather changes.
For the past month, it swells during my period and goes down after a few days. Right now it’s badly swollen with pus and the nose pin is completely inside the skin. It’s been 2 days and my face also feels stiff. I’m taking Dezen-D and Caricef and applying Fusiderm-H, but it isn’t improving. I don’t know what triggered it and I need advice
