walaikum kind of sinus issue you are suffering from? if you r having infection in your sinues and pain in sinus region then you can take
tablet telfast D 1 tablet BD tb
caflam 50 mg x TDD if painful
add tb leflox 500 mg OD if having fever or foul smelly greenish discharge from nose.
Sinusitis may be allergic or infective or may be mixed it is manageable if u control allergy by avoiding exposure with it but if infective than antibiotics are used with anti allergy medication, get the advice for Antibiotics by ENT consult near by
