Talk to Ent Specialist on Sneezing Allergy ( Dust )

Respected Sir i have started the symptoms of Nose Sneezing Allergy since 15 days. I went to ENT doctor and he gave me the prescription ( shown in attachments ). I used these medicine for 10 days during which i remained normal. Now i am using only Betnesol Drops in nose 3 times a day but this is of no use for me as my nose sneezing allergy is again irritating me despite of using these medicines. So kindly tell me that what should i do now. Please. Thanks
