Talk to Ent Specialist on Swollen Gland On Neck Below Right Ear

My husband has a swollen gland below right ear, since 2018 but has been growing gradually now it has been almost 3x of its original size. It has touch feeling just like normal skin, no pain and there is normal growth of hairs on the gland as well. Attaching images for more reference. Thanks for any advices.
