Talk to Ent Specialist on Throat Pain Since 2 Weeks

I want to ask that I have severe pain in my throat since last 2, weeks and was treated by a physician and I got better. After 3-4 days the pain again started on my left side of throat and it feels like an infection/ injury on a spot that was in severe pain. I was taking Azithromycin since 6 days and it got better with time but today at night light pain has again started in my right side of throat. I don't know why this is happening. I am also taking warm water/ normal temperature water and also taking steam once or twice a day with gargling my throat. P.S. I have tonsillitis since childhood and I am also taking allergy treatment from Allergy centre Islamabad. Can you please tell me what should I do, Is this normal? Or should I consult an ENT specialist?
