Hy! Can Ginko biloba is effective for treatment of vertigo and ringing in ears. Is there any side effects of this herb?I feel severe dizziness while changing head position and lying down on bed as well as ringing in my ears 24/7 .l am fed up with this because it really ruin my daily life including give me your suggestion.l shall be very grateful to you for this favour.
