I have this ear ringing problem in my right ear only since last 2,3 years ' irritates me much especially at the morning and night sleep time disturbs my sleep It makes me fizzy, disturbs and, tired .when I go to doctor he prescribed me a drop ( betnesol ) I used the drop for 2 month but no cure no effect of the drop so Dr Sahib ! plzzz guide me about this weired disease Now a days it' create pain in my right ear very much this pain is so unbearable for me

ringing noise and earache are two different problems ,sometimes according to ur age person hard impacting wax / bocked Eustachian tubes which maintain air pressure in ear cavity can give both symptoms so attend ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and medication
only thing you need to do is get the MRI brain with contrast.
if it is normal then there is no treatment of this problem except a tinnitus masking hearing aid.
but first of all MRI brain with contrast is necessary to rule out brain tumor (cancer) .
ear drops like betnisol or anyother drop has no use at all.
just get MRI brain with contrast and if it is normal then buy a good quality 1lac rupees tinnitus masking hearing aid.

Ringing in ear and pain can be any of the multiple issues like wax impaction , ETD ,OME etc or may be a tumour. So its better getting examined and visiting an ENT specialist.
