Tongue And Throat White Patches And Dryness

Question

White furry patches on tongue , red tiny bumps, painful tongue, burning tongue, throat feels dry and maybe has patches aswell because a bit of a sore throat.

Tongue started feeling like this slowly and gradually since Sept/oct 2023.
When I eat and drink it affects the throat and then feels like it&rsquo;s tightening/swelling even when I gargle. What is causing this problem you think?

on look of it it's normal in appearance
it's better U take vit b complex supplements.
also folic acid helps in healing.
don't go for spicy food
rather take soft diet
