You should not feel pain dryness is an issue however continue using lubricants suggested by your surgeon and visit him why there is pain?
Dry eyes usually occurs after LASIK so try to change your lubricants as preservative free lubricants are better like Systanae eye drops. For pain do get yourself checked by your eye specialist.
