Talk to Gastroenterologist on Alternative Of Endoscopy
Asking For Wife, Female 32, GB
My wife has stomach issue .doc has adviced to do endoscopy .Is there any ulternative of this procedure .is there .she has pain in chest .burning and pain on back side .she has taken medicine .now she is not taking there any doctor who can treat her without doing endscopy .thank you
if she is having this complain for a long time and the symptoms are not subsiding then should go for endoscopy, it's safe procedure.
PPI , pero kinetics , antacids can be continued for 4 weeks.

endoscopy is safe and doesn't have much harm , just will let you know there is no serious issue like cancer or something else, there are many conditions which should be confirmed by endoscopy, untill and unless diagnosis is not established just taking medicine sometime will not work.
