Talk to Gastroenterologist on DIarrhea After Constipation

I was having severe constipation for 3 days. I went to doctor and she gave me laxoberon tab and lilac syrup and told me to take fluids and ors/ she also gave me ointment to apply on my anus as there was burning and was difficulty in passing stools. Now its 2nd day i am taking medicine and my constipation is all gone but theres more bowel movements and also the stools became watery as it kinda feels like diarrhea. Is it serious what should i do? I also skipped the medicines tonight.
