Talk to Gastroenterologist on Dirrhea

Hi, i am 23 years old, i have dirrhea, cramps, bloating sometimes constipations, sometimes the stool are not water but formed but soft and mushy sometimes watery, it's been more than 20 days since i am experiencing these symptoms i have tried taking flagyl but it didn't worked i went to the doctor (actually i am in china) i told him my situation he suggested me a colonoscopy but urged him to prescribe me some medicine so maybe i could feel better he prescribed me two medicines( probiotic capsules and pinaverium bromide) after taking the medicine it did gave me relief the stool were much formed the very next day but after two days i went back to my same condition watery stools and urgency to poop 3 to 4 times in a day, in china it's really hard for me to get a specific medicine unless the doctor prescribes it, the main problem is i can't explain throughoutly my condition to them they don't understand it, that's why i am writing this if a pakistani doctor finds it please suggest me
