Talk to Gastroenterologist on Disturbed Bowel Movements

I am experiencing constipation for past 3 weeks now, and my stool is thin, having lower abdominal cramps and back pain also, symptoms seem quite similar to colon cancer. I am worried sick becoz of these symptoms, can someone recommend a some good in Lahore??
