you should provide full detail history such as duration of loose motion consistency and composition any relation with food.color of loose motion.loose motion can disturb you even at night time. any associated symtom like vomiting fever wight loss .at the same time you should do stool R/E .Esr,p.smear.ATT antibody.ultrasound abdomen and pelvis.you need to take tab zentel twice daily for six days and tab nt tox 500mg twice daily for seven days .tab debridate 100mg twice daily for one month.tab alp .25 mg at night time for five days. after doing All your investigation test then share with me All your investigation
