Talk to Gastroenterologist on Frequent Bowel Movements - Loose Stool

I have an issue of frequent bowel movements. I have to go to the bathroom 4 to 5 times a day, and when I sit to pass stool, I feel pain in my abdomen due to the pressure. Also, the stool consistency is neither too watery nor solid; it's somewhat loose. I am facing this issue since 4 months, but I don't frequently face issue of diarrhea like liquid.
