Aoa Dr I feel constipated and so much gas buildup also i feel cramp on my stomach every morning it feels like i’ve not passed ny stool fully and whole night it feels heaviness due to gas sometimes i wake up early because of this gas type feeling kindly help me in this situation tell me some medics to cure this permanently

majority of abdominal issues are related with diet and life style modifications, est healthy in portions of fiber protein, fat ,carb and fiber, drink plenty of water and exercise daily, if you are over weight try loosing some weight. consult if problems don't solve.

Hi doctor im not overweight thing is that if i eat anything it causes me gas and i feel constipated type feeling with greasy undigested stool also idk why i have a feeling that my liver and stomach not working well idk but its worse tbh
