khana khatay hi un ko gas ho jati hai or pait tight rehta hai. constipation k liye wo 2 se 3 tables leti hain laxobaron ... phr bhi 2 3 din bad motion ata hai ... aj kal daily unhain bukhar ho jata hai ... panadol leti or sath novidat 250 mg to thk ho hata hai .. chhortay hi phr shuru ho jata hai ... pora din weakness ki wajah se kehti hain chala nai jata jism dard krta hai ese jese jan nai ... Ensure dodh peeti hain pr ese hi hai ..
