for last two months I am suffering with loose motion. the motion after every eat and also severe times in a day. the stool is like water comes every time which is not normal it looks like glue . now a days the hunger also not comes normally during day and whenever I eat it feels like food is not digested by stomach normally and weird burps and burning occurs after eating anything. whenever stool comes I feel so much pain in belly and after passing stool I feel not relaxed and seems like something remaining. kindly give me best opinion according your expertise.
