i have suddendly fast heart beat in every 15 days or week with bp 140/90 only at that routine bp is 110/ time i feel some thing stuck in ecg is normal i went to a med specialist for diagnose in rwp he recommended for TFT n scan.. blood report is normal.. should i do scan or not?? bcz i had done before 10 years... scan ma aya tha goiter.. but doc said at that time jis ki blood report theek ni ati usko med dyty hum. i think ye sb gastric issues hn
You do need TFTs (TSH, free T3 and free T4). When thyroid problem is ruled out, your doctor can focus on other issues.

I dont believe you need a scan right now but do visit an Internal Medicine Specialist or a Gastroenterologist for detailed history and examination.
