Talk to Gastroenterologist on Gastroentritis

Need help, Me and my family are experiencing gastroentritis,it was severe for 2 weeks,symptoms include watery diarrhea,vomiting,severe nausea,abdominal pain and cramps,severety persisted for 15 to 20 days then it’s started slowing down but could not cured,symptoms were less but still continuing, watery diarrhoea cured but keeps coming back after days,when we started feeling recovery then symptoms keep coming back,we took antibiotics and anti parasitic medications,some helped and some did not and now it’s probably 1 month and 15 days or may be the 2nd month completed but we all are experiencing the symptoms which are sometimes mild and sometimes severe and sometimes no symptoms so that everytime we all feel not wanting to eat anything,only watery diarrhoea feels cured….I want to know if this is virus or bacterial infection and how it can be cured???
