Gerd history (3 years) Dear GI and gerd surgeons, i need your expert advise I have grade 1 hiatal hernia, erosive esophagus of LA A grades. Manometry shows week LES PH metry shows Demeester score of 7.5, reflux episodes of 110 (56 acidic, 37 reaching proximal esophagus), 1.7% lower esophagus exposure time(which is normal).
should i undergo surgery (hernia repair and nissen funduplication),
i also have option to get refluxstop surgery from italy,
How long can i delay my surgery?
