Talk to Gastroenterologist on Hemorrhoids

I think i have hemorrhoids. I have constipation too. But doctor diagnosed hemorrhoids. I have taken a lot of medicines and creams for it. But doctor said first we will treat constipation first. It's gettinf better but my main issue is I think hemorrhoids is still there but doctors in canada are useless. I am getting married in 4 months and the area smells so weird. I properly wash it and clean it with soap. Still it smells so fishy and I am embarrassed. I read online due to hemorrhoids it smells because it's an infection. What should I do? Doctor said surgery is not needed. But I can't take this smell anymore. I am very embarrassed and depressed.
