Aa you have F2 fibrosis on fibroscan U have to continue anti viral therapy in order to avoid progression of fibrosis. Mean while share other reports also like HBV DNA PCR, ALT, Anti HDV, HBeAg. Also remember to screen your relative for hepatitis B and C. And vaccine those who are negative for hepatitis B

ok but your fibroscan is showing F2 fibrosis with high viral load so continue antiviral for long time with surveillance Programm and should be vaccinate the family.

it shows moderate fibrosis F2 but ALT is normal so will hopefully revert.check your HBV DNA level, if undetectable then its a good response so continue ur treatment

Yes fibrosis is reversible with the use of anti viral. But treatment ideally should be stop when your HBsAg turns to non reactive status
