Talk to Gastroenterologist on IBS Premature Ejaculation Depression

I am suffering from the following since teenage: IBS (diarrhea), low self esteem, zero confidence, depression, low bp, anxiety, cant look in person eyes while talking following started when I was almost 20: hairfall, premature ejaculation, insomnia, white drops/sperms leakage after urine, have to pass urine a lot, low energy, no peace at all always restless, always thinking negativity I have no desire to do anything, whenever I hear or about hear some bad news my IBS gets triggered If I remember I have never shared anything with anyone since childhood not even my parents I have not went through trauma as well but when I was in school my tutor used to beat the shit out of me on routine basis

I got typhoid twice, dengue once, appendix surgery
