don't opt the surgery option
its a spasm that can be corrected by medication and slight change of excercise and eating habit
get the ultrasound done.and share reports then will be in a better position to explain

Hello! I am suffering from sever health issues at 23. When I was a teenage I used to indulge in sexual activities with the boys and masterbaton. I could not even control myself. After a long time when I realizes that it was not good I left it. But I used to feel much heat in my body even I could not stand in the sun. In winter season I eat some dry fruit and at one night my heartbeat suddenly increased. Then I was much frighted. My stomach started indigestion. Mintle disorder and weakness in my body stared. Now the stomach problem is more sever and very old. My stomach does not digest anything. Gas, burping, bloating and especially in morning gas increases in the lower belly. After the realse of stool, gas still remain in intestine.
Please suggest me what should I do now.

In the year 2015 I was diagnosed Hep.B PCR dated 23.11.2015 237 IU/ml, HBeAb 0.004 & HBeAG 0.125, you prescribed Tab: Cemnturus 0.5 m.g which I used for about 2 years 6 months. PCR dted 26.05.2016 3095 IU/ml, HBeAb 0.004 & HBeAg 0.123. PCR dated 13.12.2016 11 IU/ml, HBeAb 0.002 & HBeAg 0.147. PCR dated 08.07.2017 16 IU/ml, HBeAb 0.002 & HBeAg0.122. Thereafter, I stopped taking Tab; Senturuas. Now I repeat Test LFT & Lipid Profile and the report dated 29.06.2019 shows SGPT ALT 78, LDL Cholesterol 117, Cholesterol 170, Triglycerides 98 and HDL Cholesterol 49.
Please suggest what should I do now.
