Constipation comes and goes. I feel fine most times but once in a while stool becomes hard or I don't pass stool for a day, phir fissure hojata hai. And I'm overweight.

Sir Medicine nahi li koi, laxative use kia tha 1,2 bar constipation relieve karne k lie. Diet me fiber increase kia tha for treatment. Within 2 days thek hojata hai lekin is bar mjhe lump feel horha hai. Not sure about bleeding because I'm on periods too. Mjhe feel hua k rectal bleeding nahi hai. not sure

-Avoid the use of fast foods and heavy diet specially meat.

- Increase intake of water
