Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach And Mind Related Issues

I have been facing stomach issues for the last 7 years, have tried allopathic, homoeopathic and Hikmat, found effective for shorter period because of that later on facing mental issue like some phobias, a little bit insomnia, overthinking, fear of outcome before eating spices or after having bath facing migrane or sinus or can say fear of paralysis, from last month facing backpain (x-ray report is okay), while passing stool facing sperm leakage. what will you guys (respected Dr., psychologist, homoeopathy) suggest to me? I have tried every field, which is in my knowledge or as per doctors' suggestions.
