Before 2 year i have been facing Stomach issue and have lost 8 kg weight my H pylori test was 1.67 doctor said me IBS and told me when u Stop medicine issue again occur after that i took herbal medicine and then homeopathic treatment doctor said Stomach chronic disease. I am in very tense situation bcz i have been so week and Immune system also. Can u tell me Gastritis/Ulcer permanently cure and Plz suggest me what should i do.
Hi.If u are having chronic stomach problem and weight loss as well then you should immediately go for endoscopy to rule out different stomach problems and H pylori blood test is not that sensitive so with endoscopy and biopsy h pylori issue can be confirmed and treated accordingly.Hope u find it helpful.
IBS usually exist with these symptoms but weight loss not a symptom of IBS.Should be done endoscopy to rule out other diseases

2 months before i felt pain in my abdomen this was pain was not at a fix point but somehow here and there in abdomen i went a hospital and doctor told me it is ulcer
he gave me antibiotics but not releif then i go to a Hakeem he told it is not ulcer and used herbal medicines and got better. now again i am feeling pain in my abdomen espacially right side of abdomen
what is this please guide me

Normally one does not get this much weight loss with IBS only. You're in KARACHI so pls contact a gastroenterologist there.
