Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Issue

Assalamualaikum doctors, I’ve been dealing with chronic digestive issues for 2+ years and haven’t found a solution yet. Hoping someone can guide me.

Main symptoms: Constant heaviness in upper stomach/chest area Sharp pains sometimes Severe bloating and gas Extremely low energy, especially after chewing even a small amount of tobacco Shivering, dry lips/skin, weakness after tobacco Stool issues: Strong odor Undigested food (bread, veggies, candy) Changes color often: dark brown, black, mixed color Semi-liquid or in small soft blobs

Additional concerns: Shortness of breath/panting feeling Watery semen and erectile problems Mentally exhausted from all this I’ve seen general physicians and gastroenterologists but no solid answers yet. Could this be pancreatic insufficiency, SIBO, enzyme issues, food intolerance, or something else?

What tests should I ask for? Any advice is deeply appreciated.
