Talk to Gastroenterologist on Stomach Pain

Hi, Im having a issue here. I've been discharging white fluid and tiny blood flesh particles from my poopy area. I'm not having my poop for the last 3-4 days and my stomach hurts and i get a few pain shocks (like force straining) but nothing comes out of me other than that mentioned fluid. I've used the prescribed medicine but my body is rejected it, it spits out the suppository and then my whole body shivers.

P.s: I've attached my doc precribed medicine. My urine cycle is normal but im not craving any food yet i forcefully eat light food.
