I always get sick whenever I eat from outside, I feel my stomach is weak, since last one week I've been having loose stool and 2 days before they've converted into watery stools, today I had dark loose stool 2 times in morning, I've also gotten mouth sores since last week and feeling weak and not that active like before, please suggest proper treatment and can I be completely okay?
