If fresh blood in stool phr different reasons ho sakti hai, like haemorrhoids, anal fissure, IBD, Polyp, AVMs,CRC. But to know the exact cause then needs history, examination and tests (blood tests and Colonoscopy etc) . Phr pata chalega kia reason hai, stool may blood anay ki.
