Talk to Gastroenterologist on Tightness In Lower Left Abdomen

Hi, I am ibs c and was, managing well before. From last two weeks I am feeling like some thing is inflamed at my lower left side of abdomen.. I dont fell pain but have a swelling like feeling specially when I breathe my constipation is also increasing with it. Doctor gave me spasfon and it get betters with it.. But if I don't eat spasfon.. The same feeling come and worsens.. I didnot have this before.. Can anyone had this kind of experience before?
