Asking For Self, Female, 27 Years old, Karachi

Hello, I am married aged 27 years. Approx a week ago i developed right moderate kidney pain, urine urgency so i went to GP, he suspected UTI and kidney stones. He prescribed ciprofloxacin 500 mg twice daily, voren and cranmax for 7 days. Then i got ultrasound (KUB) next day, there were no stones. Doctor wrote cystitis in the report. Its been a week. I completed my antibiotics and medicine course 2 days ago. But now there is no pain in kidneys but pain and distentuon in lower abdomen above tights. But not in kidneys. Should i take antibiotics for more days? What could it be that i am paining beneath the abdomen on right side. Please give suggestions.
