My son is having fever ,i have given him brufen but the fever is still 102 after 1hour, he is having cold feet but his head is very suggest what should i do,

For any fever,give your child Panadol syrup(acetaminophen, ) or Brufen syrup 4hourly alternating with each other.Also give him a bath and keep him in a cool air-conditioned room if possible.You nay need an injection if fever foes not settle.The child needs evaluation for the cause of fever.So consult a family doc or paediatrician
