I have unusual watery discharge since a week. Yesterday got period like cramps in the evening. And got 101 fever at night. Had panadol and fever got low around 100. Now i am having 103 fever and bad bad thigh cramps like periods. Note: i am 8 months pospartum and didnt get period till now.

is the discharge smelly? If fever please start 500mg Panadil 8 houlry.Is there any heavy feeling in the Lower abdomen? Are you practising family planning in any way or breastfeeding? Seems like a pelvic inflammatory disease-infextion

Yes having fever 102 now. Yes i am breastfeeding. Not practising family planing. Little bit smelly. But very thin

I suggest please take Panadol as suggetsed as soon as you breakfast. If fever spikes now or doesnt settle down then please breakfast. You need to start antibiotic for 10 days least. If you can visit a nearby gynaecologist good or else I shall suggest. This is an infection of your reproductive system. Nothing to be worries if handled in time but you cant delay treatment

asak this is call as PID means pevic inflamatory disease . is it smelly discharge thick or thin depent on the cause
