Kindly incorporate physical activity into your daily lifestyle. Walk for at least 30 minutes daily, gradually build up from 5-10 minutes if you are not used to walking.
Dietary changes should be made, cut down on the fat content of your diet and consume more whole foods including fruits and vegetables. Seafood at least twice a week will be helpful for you too.
Get more sunlight before 11.30 AM.
