there can be multiple causes of loose motions. you need to get a complete phyical check up plus some further tests. agr un mn koi diagnosis na bny then colonoscopy is last option for diagnosing then disease

dear you have significant symptoms important questions are
1/ what is consistency of stools
2/has there been any blood /pus in stools
3/any pain while passing stools
3/ any wt loss
any family h/o such illness
any joint pains , food allergies /intolerance
once this information is available a bit clear picture will emerge .I think some one has very rightly arranged tests TTg(tissue transglutaminase )is for coeliac screen .
one other test you can have is stool test called Fecal calpoprotectin this can also help with potential diagnosis.
I think with this history colonoscopy is must to ensure you dont have any collitis
IBS is diagnosis of exclusion one should not just presume this is IBS.
